Caroline C. Cote
87, died Thursday November 12, 2009.
Caroline was born in Somerville and was a lifelong resident. She was employed at the former Diehl Manufacturing Co. in Bridgewater as secretary to the Plant Superintendent for 18 years, and then worked at Somerset Medical Center as Director of Admissions for 25 years, retiring in 1986. She was an active member of the Somerset County Senior Woman's Group and also attended exercise and computer classes at the Bridgewater Senior Center. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. Caroline will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She is pre-deceased by her husband William J. Cote Sr. who died in 1996 and a brother Vito Trimarco in 1977.
Surviving are her children Beverley Manganelli and her husband Robert Sr., William J. Cote Jr. and his wife Mary Lorson, three grandchildren Robert Jr. and Kristine Manganelli and Roman Cote.
Visitation will begin at 8:30 Tuesday morning, with prayers being said at 9:30am at the Bruce C VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 North Gaston Ave. Somerville, 908-725-3111 followed by a 10am mass of Christian burial at Immaculate Conception Church, 35 Mountain Ave. Somerville.
