Albert Berkelhammer
97, died peacefully October 3, 2009.
Albert was born in Trenton, NJ and formerly of Ewing and Yardley, PA before moving to Bridgewater in 2003. He owned and operated United Electronics Service in Trenton for over 40 years. He was a veteran of the US Army during WWII and was also a member of the Jewish War Veterans. Albert was a member of Har Sinai Temple in Trenton where he served as board trustee. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
He is predeceased by his wife Gladys Berkelhammer who died in August 2009.
Surviving are his daughters Lynn Sanborn and her husband Doug, Carol Reiter and her husband Richard, three grandchildren, Audrey Dunnell, Peter Sanborn and Ann Anderson and 2 great granddaughters.
Funeral Services will be 11am Monday at the Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 North Gaston Ave. Somerville, 908-725-3111. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Saddle Brook.
